Why Driftly exists.

For the past few years, I’ve been quietly obsessed with health trackers — Oura, Whoop, the numbers behind how your body actually recovers.

And the thing that kept showing up, over and over again, in every data point and every recovery score?

Sleep.

Not as one factor among many. As the factor. The one that moved everything else — energy, focus, mood, resilience.

That pattern is what Driftly is built on.
